GL Hearn is a property consultancy and when we met them, two years ago, one of their key attributes was to be able to hide their very considerable talents under a bushel!
They are the UK’s biggest rate payer (you’ll have to call us to find out how!); they got the planning permission through for Terminal 5 and they will have a major influence on how the UK’s renewal and development of its essential infrastructure is implemented.
Our key role has been to help them recognise their excellence and provide a conduit for sharing their knowledge and opinions. Once the path had been set we are tasked with keeping them at it, with increasing success.
