China Telecom Appoints Lawson Dodd

China Telecom Europe, part of the world’s largest fixed-line telephone network, has appointed Lawson Dodd as its PR consultancy.

China Telecom Europe was established in 2006 and already has links with European providers to extend coverage within EMEA. Lawson Dodd worked on a project basis for China Telecom in October last year around its business seminar entitled Transcending Boundaries, Excelling in Business.

Edmund Chung, Director of Sales from China Telecom Europe says "China Telecom Europe was established in 2006 and has been providing supremely reliable and secure connectivity to multinational companies between Europe and Asia. We were very pleased with the work and support Lawson Dodd provided last year and are looking forward to working with them to raise our profile further."

The account will be headed up by Joanna Dodd, who heads up the agency’s other China related business. “China Telecom is obviously a great brand and company in its own right and it is exciting to be working with them as they develop their business in the UK and Europe.”
