Whether it’s a sign of the economic gloom lifting or clever clients recognising that the only way without PR is down, we are delighted to announce that we have won four excellent new clients in the last month.

In order of appointment: Seneca, part of the Carey construction group, is a hugely innovative materials recovery facility – they are aiming to send nothing to landfill – and that includes stuff from your and my dustbin (if you live in or around Brent). We were delighted to be presented with our ten year award at a recent Investors in People (IIP) celebration event in London recognising the fact that we were first accredited as an IIP company way back in 1997. We’re still enthusiastically committed to investing our attention, time and budget in order to develop ourselves to meet the challenge of the evolving world of PR.
Lawson Dodd scouts for street artists

We popped down to the International Meeting of Styles graffiti festival on Saturday to soak up the vibe and recruit people for a street art competition (hyperlink to www.senecawall.co.uk) we’re running on behalf of our client, Seneca. We have a 175 metre wall that needs some attention and we’re on the look out for street artists who could win the chance to make their mark.

100% Design
I went to the 100% Design Show on Sunday (25 September) which turned out to be a really pleasant place to walk around and absorb the inspiration of creative minds.
Over 400 exhibitors from around the world took part, from industrial designs to homewares.
“Go Green” is still a hot theme – there were lamps made from recycled bottles and a series of linked together ‘boxes’ (see below) which you can move about to form a circle, square or whatever you fancy in just 30 seconds..
