Communications strategy

This is the single most important element of the PR process.  Taking real time out to investigate and understand the markets; the consumers (be they B2B or B2C); the competition; the culture of the business and its aspirations is essential if the PR programme is going to deliver real value and not just a quick spurt on the sales chart.  Knowledge is the power behind creative thought, creative thought helps make a business brand image exceptional.
